A New Chapter: Formula 4 Test in France

Last week I had the incredible opportunity to test a 2025 Tatuus T421 Formula 4 car, the same chassis used in leading championships such as Italian F4, F4 CEZ, British F4, and more.
The test was made possible by Jenzer Motorsport as the grand finale of the Auto Sport Suisse Young Drivers Program, and I’m extremely grateful to both organizations for making this unforgettable experience possible.
We arrived on Wednesday for the seat fitting, and it felt unreal to sit in a single-seater race car for the first time. Thursday morning started with fog, causing a short delay, but once the track cleared we got going on rain tyres. Later, as the circuit dried, we switched to slicks and immediately felt comfortable thanks to how closely the car’s behavior matched the simulator. From the very first lap, the feeling was incredible.
In the first dry session the pace was already strong. During the second dry run, I made big progress with the help of the engineers and data analysis, improving every lap and setting a new personal best before pushing slightly over the limit and taking a short trip through the grass.
Overall, the feedback from the engineers was fantastic and I now know exactly where to focus for next time. A huge thank you to Auto Sport Suisse, Jenzer Motorsport, the engineers, and all partners who made this possible. Hopefully, we’ll be back in a Formula 4 car soon!
